Resident Benefits Package (RBP) by Cruise Property Management

The Cruise Property Management Lease Agreement includes enrollment in the Resident Benefits Package or RBP. Below are the benefits and description. The additional monthly RBP cost is $39.95 or $29 if you get your own qualified renters’ insurance. 

24/7 Online Personal Portal Access
The easy-to-access 24/7 online personal portal is the place to find all your documents, set up automatic (or manual) rent payments, submit maintenance requests, or chat with us. Click here to log in. If you need help logging in, follow the instructions to access the portal. 

HVAC Filters
Per the lease agreement, you are responsible for changing the filter every 90 days or as the unit specifies. The good news is you don’t have to run to a store to buy a filter or remember to change it. We automatically deliver the right-dated filter right to your door. A well-maintained system will help lower your heating and cooling costs.  *This does not apply to the property with no furnace.

Credit Building
Your positive rent payment history will automatically be reported to a credit bureau by utilizing a third-party service so that you can improve your credit score. 

$1M Identity Theft Insurance
You will be automatically enrolled in an identity theft protection service. More details are available here.

Resident Rewards
Our Resident Rewards will reward you for paying your rent on time. Earn gift cards for simply signing up and substantial savings when shopping in the Piñata online marketplace. More details are available here.

Renters Insurance
You’ll benefit from being added to our master insurance policy. We’ve secured the industry-leading value policy from an A-rated carrier. More details are available here. *You can pay $29 monthly and provide proof of insurance, provided by a third-party vendor, as required by the lease terms.
