Resident Benefits Package (RBP) by Cruise Property Management
Included with the Cruise Property Management Lease Agreement is the enrollment to the Resident Benefits Package or RBP. Below is the RBP list and description. The additional monthly RBP cost is $29.
Flexible Move-In Time:
No need to set up the time to meet with the property manager or come to the office to pick up the key. Before the move-in, you will receive a unique code to access the lockbox.
Move-In Report with 360 Photos
We use the latest technology to make the move-in report as accurate as possible by utilizing a 360-degree camera. Take a look at the sample here. No need to worry about getting charged for the damage you did not cause. You will have full digital access for the record for your review.
Convenient Move Out
The move-out will be as easy as the move-in. Once you moved everything out and cleaned the place, all you have to do is to put one key in the lockbox and leave the rest of the keys and garage door openers, if available, on top of the kitchen countertop, and you are all set. No need to drive to the office.
Moving Concierge Program
Changing over utilities and setting up is very time-consuming. RBP’s concierge service by Citizen Home Solutions will assist you in activating utilities, internet, cable, and alarm services with one simple phone call. 24/7 Online Personal Portal Access
The easy-to-access 24/7 online personal portal is the place to find all your documents, set up automatic (or manual) rent payments, submit maintenance requests or chat with us. Click here to log in. If you need help logging in, simply contact your property manager, and you will receive an email with instructions on how to access the portal.
Streamlined Online Leasing Process
No need to print, fill out, scan and email the application and the lease agreement. Everything is done online to fill out and sign documents. This is also true for a lease renewal.
Per the lease agreement, you will be responsible to change the filter every 90 days or specified by the unit. The good news is you don’t have to run to a store to buy a filter or remember to change. We automatically deliver the right dated filter(s) right to your door. A well-maintained system will help lower your heating and cooling costs.

Your positive rent payment history will automatically be reported to a credit bureau by utilizing a third-party service so that you can improve your credit score.
