Maintenance

We inspect each property twice a year to catch issues early. When maintenance is needed, residents submit requests through their portal or contact us directly for urgent matters. We use trusted vendors to handle repairs quickly and keep you informed without constant disruptions.

Accounting

You get full visibility into your property’s financials with digital statements, receipts, and year end summaries. Everything is stored in your secure portal, so you can view transactions, download documents, and track performance anytime without waiting for emails or paper reports

Eviction Protection

If a resident we placed needs to be evicted, we will coordinate with the attorney and cover up to $1,500 of the legal cost. Evictions are rare thanks to our screening process, but when they do happen, we oversee the process so you are not left dealing with it.
